I have had cell phones for around 10 years and this has been the best so far. Motorola really offers quality products both in their phones and accessories. The display quality is crisp and bright and the auottext allows for faster message creation, though it did take me a few days to get used to it compared to my old phone. I actually didn't care about the MP3 capabilities when I got the phone, I was more interested in the bluetooth and email, and I have been quite surprised and pleased by the sound quality on my music. The one complaint that I have, is that occassionally when my bluetooth headset gets knocked around in my purse, it often calls the last number I dialed.

All in all it is a nice phone. Call quality is good most of the time with a few exceptions. Some dropped calls occasionally. Bluetooth conectivity is awesome and sound clarity is great. Just one issue though, the bluetooth headset does not have long battery life. Goes out pretty quickly. Other than that its a great buy. 4 STARS :)

The phone is handy, easy to use but the design angle of the ear portion of the phone is very hard to hear if not held at the perfect angle. The camera is easy to use. A great phone outside of actually being able to hear on it which in my thought process, defies the reason to have one. Very disappointed with sound quality.
