I use this for a phone and a music player. It has a great camera that works well which I don't use much, but when I want one it is there! The advanced voice recognition is excellent to the point that I will never settle for less. The music player needs outside controls, you have to flip it open to change songs or pause, etc. The Verizon model has handy controls on the outside to let you navigate easily. It DOES have stereo bluetooth, which almost makes up for it. Were this phone to have such controls I would rate it as 'None Better'.

it should be more on the market like it. a total package as phone. easy access. pickups call fine.just need to ajust the plan so it can be more afforable.

Using phone to replace PDA. Excellent phone in all features but does not replace PDA functions. Have not gotten ear phones to play music. Purchased Sync hardware MPT4.0 and definately getting the full use out of the phone.

Before I bought this phone, I read some reviews that said the buttons were hard to push for men and that you needed to be a girl to own this phone with smaller fingers.

Wrong! I love the buttons and my hands and fingers are huge. So does my son, who also owns the KRZR, and his hands are larger than mine. He also likes the user friendly functionality for downloading tunes off the net not to mention the great sound it gets.

I haven't downloaded any songs yet, not much on that kind of thing, but listening to some Beatles songs on his phone has made me very keen on doing it soon. Forgot how much fun it is to listen to music going down the road. (Getting old and forgetful I guess)

In a nutshell, this phone is great.

I tend to use the speaker phone function, which is very useful. I've heard about radiation causing brain cancer, so I want to minimize the risk. Calls generally come through loud and clear.

I have a RZR efore so I am familiar with the features on the phones. Even though I have a house phone I do use my new KRZR a lot. Anywhere I go I take it. Since KRZR is slimmer and thinner than the RZR i can put it in any small bag I used. I brought my new phone to a friend and was able to convince that friend to signed up [...]. In fact I help with the call when she sign up. For sure I will recommend this product to all my friend.

The phone had difficulties charging for the 1st week. I couldn't get the phone to charge the battery until I attempted to do so with a car charger. After some fiddling around the battery is now charging fine regardless of charger and has a very long battery life. I am very satisfied with the phone after my initial frustrations with the battery.

We have had 2 , the first one the camera function wouldn't work woithout freezing up the phone.. the second one the earphone stopped working , can only hear calls with the speaker on.

I use the phone as my home phone. It has very good reception. The buttons however need to be spaced so you don't go to browser so easy. It is avery light weight and compact phone.

I mostly use the product for making calls, and relegate my PDA duties to a laptop. The phone is good for listening to some of your favorite tunes, though it won't blow you away with the sound quality. The camera and video camera are on par with a phone of this quality. I'd buy it again if given the choice.

I bought this great looking phone. I tried to charge it fully for four days continuously with no success. Finally, I returned it. I hope my unit had a defective battery or the charger. Also, the screen is so narrow that I was unable to see the entire phone number.

Attractive shell and display. Buttons are too close together (I am a female with average to thin sized fingers)often push extra buttons when navigating menus. Buttons on sides of phone are hit (they do not take much pressure to activate) almost daily by accident. Did hit them several times daily for first couple of days until I got used to holding the phone differently. Several daily use functions (time stamp nonexistant and list of missed calls) that I am unable to easily open to view except when first received. ***Several good features, several bad features...

While the KRAZR has a great look, brilliant display, and fantastic camera, it lacks the most important thing -- call quality. Reception is terrible. Nothing but static.

Have been a mobile phone user for ~18 years and used LOTS of different phones... and they just keep getting better and better. The RAZR was a great introduction from Motorola, but in my opinion, the KRZR is one of the best on the market today. Can't wait to see what is on the market in a year or two...

Excellent for daily use. The battery usually lasts for less than a week if I make several short calls plus one or two calls for an hour. That is why I put it as Cons. But I hear that it is a common case for cell phones.
