I was really excited when I ordered the phone I had a razor for 2 yrs before. I thought this would be a really cool upgrade & liked the "features" of being a walkman as well. I've had the phone for 6 mo. & still can't figure out how to download my songs onto it. The radio's cool though, and I like the built in pedometer.Only the "WHITE" ones come with the memory card.........I've purchased 2 games & 1 theme. Somehow they are no longer "accessable" so I feel screwed.I need to call in "AGAIN" about it....[...]Maybe it's just me but I wish I would have just went with the blackberry or just another razor.

The software sucks. The sonyericsson PC suite has a win2000 version, but all other toolsoftwares like Disc2phone and media manager don't support win 2000. It's like you have a mac but you can't use Microsoft software on your mac.
The other thing: Wirefly doesn't have the 550 minutes family share plan, it forces you to choose the 700 minutes family plan. It sucks, too.

For someone that's not to up on modern day techonology, I love this phone. It takes great picutures and with Sony downloaded software you can edit them to make them even better. The quality of the music is awesome. The only thing that is a downer on this phone is the battery life. It has light effects and they don't go off automatically; therefore it pulls the battery down. I learned if you use the lock feature and when the screen saver comes on just push one of the buttons and the lights will go off. I would recommend this phone. I bought one for my son. He loves it as well.

I use mine mainly for phone calls and playing music. I do play games on it as well and screen is real clear. The music quality is good but not great and it does not sync with itunes but otherwise is easy to use. I love how it slides. The number buttons are small but have dividers so I haven't had a problem the few times I've texted.
All in all I'm happy with this phone...I'd be even happier if it came in pink like my old motorola razr. The call quality and sound levels are much better than my previous phone. The ringtones are boring and too quite.

This phone is a good alternative to those not needing the hustle and bustle of a pda/phone. It makes calls, takes pictures, and plays music. There's internet capability for checking mail and movie times and directions, but it's certainly not your whole office life story in your pocket (which is NOT what I'm looking for in a phone). It can handle tasks, contacts, calendars and all that if you are so minded--there are apps and gadgets galore. My only gripe is not being able to use my own mp3s for ringtones, but I'm sure there must be a work-around for that. Otherwise, it's a great device to have in your pocket.

I waited a long time for the opportunity to get this one, and I'm really enjoying it. Has a lot of neat features and a cool menu layout and selection.
